Accountant Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Assist with preparing financial reports and budgets.
  • Maintain filing systems for financial documents (both digital and physical).
  • Support audits by preparing required documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance/Accounting Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken , Listening and written)
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry
  • Background or interest in Oil & Gas is a plus
