The Aircraft Quality Inspector (AQI) at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of aircraft maintenance processes, including pre-maintenance, during maintenance, and post-maintenance activities. This role focuses on executing a quality control program to uphold the serviceability and airworthiness of aircraft, engines, and components in compliance with regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities**: Conduct aircraft inspections to verify compliance with safety and quality standards. Review and validate maintenance work packages to confirm accuracy and completeness. Perform Return to Service (RTS) evaluations to certify aircraft readiness for operation. Inspect, monitor, supervise, and control aircraft maintenance activities to adhere to established protocols. Promote adherence to safety and quality standards as mandated by authorities, customers, and GMF. Foster standard performance compliance among maintenance personnel, cultivating a commitment to safety and quality excellence. Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) in Aerospace or a technical-related field. AMEL holder for A320, A330-800/900 (EA), B777, B747, and any Aircraft Type. More than 7 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a minimum of 2 years as an AMEL holder for the related aircraft type. Possession of Engine Run-Up Authorization is preferred. English proficiency test scores from an official institution (the test certificate is valid for up to 2 years from the test date) with minimum scores of TOEIC 600, TOEFL ITP 478, or IELTS 5. **Required Skills**: Strong understanding of aviation regulations and standards. Expertise in using specialized tools and equipment, interpreting technical data, and conducting inspections in accordance with maintenance guidelines and aviation safety regulations. Knowledge of aircraft systems, including electrical, wiring diagrams, component manuals, navigation systems, and communication equipment. In-depth knowledge of Aircraft Systems and their operational requirements. Ability to perform supervision effectively and work efficiently in a shift-based environment. Proficiency in Quality Control and Inspection Processes.
