The Associate Quality Auditor (AQA) at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF) will be responsible for planning, monitoring, controlling, reviewing, and evaluating the implementation of the Quality Management System. This role focuses on executing quality programs to ensure the delivery of safe maintenance products that adhere to all regulatory and company requirements while advancing GMF’s capability development. **Key Responsibilities**: Plan and conduct comprehensive quality audits across maintenance operations. Act as the primary liaison for external auditors, ensuring efficient collaboration and optimized audit processes. Provide expert consultation on quality matters to enhance operations and compliance. Lead investigations within the aircraft maintenance area to address any quality or safety concerns. Inspect, supervise, and control aircraft maintenance activities to guarantee compliance with safety and quality protocols as required by authorities, customers, and GMF standards. Enhance adherence to standard performance compliance among maintenance personnel, fostering a commitment to safety and quality standards. Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1) in Aviation Management, Aerospace, or a technical-related field (advanced degrees or specialized training in auditing or safety management are advantageous). Minimum of 7 years of experience in auditing within the aviation sector. Holder of AMEL for all aircraft types. English proficiency test scores from an official institution (the test certificate is valid for up to 2 years from the test date) with minimum scores of TOEIC 600, TOEFL ITP 478, or IELTS 5. **Required Skills**: In-depth understanding of aviation regulations and the aircraft maintenance industry. Strong analytical skills to assess processes, identify risks, and recommend actionable improvements. Proficiency in auditing, with the ability to lead investigations. Expertise in Project Management, Communication, Strategic Thinking, and Conflict Resolution.
