Job Responsibilities
- Supervise civil & structural construction works in line with SOPs, designs, standards, and regulations.
- Collect and analyse data to support civil & structural planning and execution within Adaro Group.
- Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop and implement QA/QC systems; oversee construction from start to completion.
- Ensure compliance of civil & structural works with design standards, technical specifications, and company requirements.
- Prepare and review Bill of Quantities, cost estimates, technical specifications, schedules, and methods.
- Inspect and verify materials and documentation to ensure conformity with approved specifications.
- Review and evaluate design changes or modifications during project execution.
- Monitor and control project quality, progress, and HSE compliance.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years experience in civil and structural construction, with a focus on road and bridge projects
- Minimum SKK Muda certification in civil geotechnical/road/structural/foundation engineering is required.
- Preferably holds POP certification.
- Preferably holds Professional Engineer Certification (PSPPI-STRI).
- Willing to work on a site roster basis across Indonesia.
