We are a national construction company looking for an experienced Head of Civil Engineering to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, plan, and supervise all civil engineering design and construction activities.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, method and resource allocation to achieve performance targets.
  • Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, MEP, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the civil engineering team.
  • Oversee site inspections, quality control processes, and adherence to construction standards.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders for meetings, negotiations, and project updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing civil design and implementation for building or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards and project management principles.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with clients and project partners
  • Willing to travel to project sites as needed.
