**Description**:
Leading a Storage Facility company seeks a dedicated Customer Service to join our client's team in Kerobokan, Bali.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- This includes replying to potential customers by giving them detailed information (e.g. pricelist, video, photo, location, or catalog), assisting in choosing storage unit size, suggesting customers visit the facility, and sending follow-up messages.
- Assist customers during sign-up and payment, also demonstrate how to use the storage unit and lock the door.
- Take visitors for a tour of the storage units and suggest a suitable storage unit size.
- Keep track of invoices and send customers WhatsApp reminders of their bills.
- Help to keep the work area clean and organized, including the office, facility, and storage units. Not limited to cleaning the storage unit before the customer moves in or after moving out.
- Make sure to confirm visitors who visit the storage facility and assist accordingly.
- Keep documents organized, up to date, and uploaded to Google Drive every month.

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in WhatsApp and Google Sheets
- Friendly, service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
