Job Desc

  • Respond to customer questions via telephone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Google reviews, Tawkto App or other social media if added.

  • Provide clear information about products, services, company policies and ordering procedures.

  • Ensure payments from customers have been paid in full, both by Cash on Delivery and transfer.

  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively, finding solutions that satisfy customers.

  • Accurately record customer complaints and coordinate resolution with relevant departments.

  • Record and report interactions with customers, including issues encountered and actions taken to resolve issues.

  • Collecting feedback from customers through various media into a Google Sheet and sharing it with the Director and related teams for analysis and service improvement.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (In English is preferred)

  • Good problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in using computers and customer service platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business, email, and etc.)
