The BD Strategy team is a longstanding team responsible for creating strategy and managing projects over BD Strategic Partnership and National Partnership scope. We make an impact by collaborating internally to debottleneck processes and making sure BD KAMs achieve their OKRs. **Get to know the role**

**The Day-to-Day Activities**:

- You are accountable for conducting project/process management and improvement for existing and upcoming business development projects
- You are responsible for conducting research and analysis for continuous improvement on partnership collaborations
- You are responsible for monitoring team performance and provide root-cause analysis for debottlenecking efforts
- You will create presentation deck, business proposal, and reports in relation to partnership collaboration and team performance
- You will work closely with key account managers, operations, marketing teams in improving project performance and driving results

**The Must-Haves**:

- You have at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
- You are experienced in operational planning, collaborative working, and project/process management
- You have skills to create excellent presentation deck and conduct effective meetings
- You have the ability to deal with people from all levels professionally, effective planning, organizing, and time management skills
- You have the ability to multitask and work independently
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**The Nice-to-Haves**:

- You have experience with familiarity with problem solving and root cause analysis methodologies is desired
