As Collection Staff, you will be in the team Business Management and located in Gedung Cibis Nine, South Jakarta. Please read the qualification below

**Qualifications**:

- Min.education is Diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree from accounting, management economic, finance or related.
- Fresh graduates with min GPA 3,3 is welcome to apply
- Experience 2-3 years as collection staff/account receivable in manufactures (cosmetics, pharmacology or other industries)
- Good communication skill,, good negotiator and persuasive
- Detail orientation person and accurate
- Familiar with Ms. Office specially MS. Excell
- Preferably have own motorcycle and SIM C

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Checking the customer/client’s receivables closing report at the end of each period
- Sending aging reports or requesting responses from each customer/client on all receivables of each client at the end of each period
- Follow up payments and input follow-up results
- Make lists and visits/sales bills to customers according to AR creation
