Role Description

This is a contract role for a Collection Staff, based on-site in Semarang, Indonesia. Responsibilities include managing debt collection processes, handling cash collection, coordinating with customers to settle outstanding payments, and maintaining clear and professional communication. This role requires collaboration with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely resolution of account discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Basic knowledge or experience in Finance-related tasks
  • Ability to work diligently and adhere to deadlines
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
