Job Description
Melakukan rekrut agent untuk pengembangan jaringan sesuai dengan profil yang tepat.
Menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan agent.
Membina dan membantu agent untuk mengembangkan strategi agency.
Bertanggung jawab terhadap pencapaian target penjualan melalui strategi pengembangan jaringan agency.

1. Memiliki kendaraan pribadi
2. Pria / Wanita
3. Usia Max 35 Tahun
4. Pendidikan mínimal D3-S1 (Semua jurusan)
5. Memiliki Smartphone
6. Menyukai Pekerjaan Lapangan dan Terbiasa Dengan Target + Bonus
7. Memiliki Jiwa Marketing, Supel, Komunikatif, Senang bersosialisasi dan tidak pemalu
8. Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan melamar
