Plan, manage, coordinate cooperation with all work units in the Directorate of Institutional Relations in the preparation of the Corporate Plan, Annual Strategic Business Plan (ASBP), Corporate Budget Work Plan (RKAP), Strategy Map, Strategic Targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of the Directorate Institutional Relations, including the implementation of cascading financial and non-financial targets, and optimal allocation of resources.

Develop, monitor, review and encourage performance (achievement of targets), as well as support the effectiveness of business strategy implementation in the Directorate of Institutional Relations and all Subsidiary Companies under the supervision of the Directorate of Institutional Relations.

Prepare and develop reports according to the needs of the business unit in order to monitor performance and make decisions.

Prepare performance analysis of the Directorate of Institutional Relations, including preparing recommendations related to the implementation of work programs and business strategies, in order to support the achievement of financial and non-financial business targets set.

Analyze and evaluate the realization of the use of costs and profits of all work units in the Directorate of Institutional Relations so that it is in line with the budget allocation to maintain the level of efficiency in accordance with the RKAP.

Supervise, provide direction and coaching on a regular basis to all Decision Support employees of the Directorate of Institutional Relations.

Carry out other special tasks/projects assigned by the Divisional Director, Institutional Relations Director, and SPM Group Head
Minimum graduate Strata-1 (S-2 is preferred) in economics, Accounting, Economics of Management, Business Administration

6-8 years of work experience

Maximum age limit is 40 years old

Fluent in English both oral and written

Has experience in strategy development, business and financial planning, performance management system.

Has experience in conducting banking / financial research

Enjoy number crunching, statistical testing, interpreting data and information, financial report analysis.

Avid user of presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Keynote
