Job Description:

- Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Quality Control and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Resolve production issues to improve productivity and prevent recurring problems.
- Work closely with engineering team to develop and implement new products

Requirement:

- Male 28-35 years old
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering
- Min 5 years experience in production engineering field (handling injection molding) and at least 2 years experience as supervisor from PMA Japan automotive manufacture
- Experience in handling injection molding machine 20-120 ton
- Able to read Technical Drawing Autocad
- English pre-intermediate level
