**Location**: - Jakarta- Jakarta**Work Type**: - Full TimePERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Japanese company in finding great talent as a Head of Finance, Accounting and Taxation with the requirement as follows: Working location: Jakarta **Job Description**: - Handling monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements handling full set of accounts matter, especially Inventory/Fixed Assets management - Corporate with headquarters based on the consolidation package such as PSAK, IFRS, JGAP - Communication with the accounting auditor and preparation of the audit schedules and reports - Communication with internal auditors to implement internal control such as SOX(ideally JSOX) - Cashflow forecasting and Financing Proposal to a group company or outside debt provider - Communicate with external auditors - Collaboration with tax consulting firms and legal firms - Forecasting and actualization analysis report. **Requirements**: - Bachelor Degree from finance accounting major - Minimum 6 years related working experience in a similar position in Finance operations, especially in accounting and taxation for any kind of industry (and have experience to manage team). - Have experience work in auditor and startup company - Have experience in handling merger acquisition. - Have brevet A,B - Experience in negotiations with the local tax office - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power point) - Experience in a multi-cultural business environment will be an added advantage - Experience and skill in coaching and training will be an added advantage - Will to work for startup company - Fluent in both spoken and written English **Reference Number**: - 585693 **Contact Details**: **Profession**: - Accounting > Senior Accountant**Company**: - PERSOLKELLY Indonesia
