**About Us**

Tampubolon Legal Solutions is a growing boutique law firm headquartered in Jakarta, with a new satellite office in Bali. We focus on immigration, employment, and international family law for international and Indonesian clients. Known for our modern, high-integrity, and human-centered practice, we are now looking for a committed and capable **Associate Lawyer** to strengthen our **Jakarta legal team**.

**Your Role**

You will work closely with the founder to support legal work and manage client matters. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting legal research related to Indonesian regulations.
- Preparing legal analyses, strategy notes, and internal memos.
- Supporting the partner in managing ongoing cases, including attending client meetings and case discussions.
- Drafting legal documents such as contracts, court filings, client correspondence, and summaries.
- Attending court hearings, negotiations, and government appointments when required.
- Writing legal briefs and articles to support the firm’s knowledge base and public-facing publications.

You will work from our Jakarta office and be expected to take initiative, manage your tasks independently, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Indonesian citizen based in Jakarta.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a law firm.
- Holder of an **Advocate License from PERADI** is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of: Indonesian **Manpower Law** (minimum Law No. 13 of 2003), **Immigration Law** (minimum Law No. 6 of 2011), and **Marriage Law** (minimum Law No. 1 of 1974).
- Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
- Willing to work in a small team, independently and reliably.
- Strong professional ethics and attention to detail.
- English reading and speaking ability is required; writing is a plus.
