Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer, based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling litigation and commercial dispute cases, performing in-depth legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic legal advice. Additional tasks include representing clients in court proceedings, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the legal team to develop case strategies. The role requires adherence to the firm's high standards of professionalism and expertise.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in legal drafting, writing skills, and analytical abilities
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and public speaking skills
  • Demonstrated experience in litigation or commercial dispute resolution
  • Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulousness in documentation
  • Commitment to upholding integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in conducting legal research and formulating strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) and admission to the bar (PERADI) is strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a similar role or in a law firm is an advantage
