**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the production process for all assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery and installations are achieved.
- Develop implement and update the project production schedules and BOQ that align with the approved designs and project milestones.
- Coordinate closely with the allocated Project Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of project plans and alignment with client expectations, while ensuring that up-to-date information is always available.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of design plans.
- Manage the material schedule, vendor allocation, and quotations, ensuring accurate and timely procurement of materials.
- Oversee the variation order process, which involves obtaining client approval and coordinating with the accounting department.
- Issue purchase orders in collaboration as per the signed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), ensuring delivery timelines and project milestones are achieved.
- Obtain approval for purchase orders from the creative director and procurement department before finalizing transactions.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiencies.
- Supervise and mentor the production team, including the Quality Control Officer, Production Assistant, and Production Administrator, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that product deliveries, installations and site conditions are to the required standard.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and negotiate pricing agreements.
- Ensure that samples and production samples are ordered and approved in a timely manner, coordinating with suppliers and clients to meet project requirements, with reference to the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Production List.
- Manage the overall delivery and installation of allocated projects, coordinating logistics and on-site installation teams to ensure smooth and successful project completion.
- Ensure that the production schedule and faulting item schedules are regularly updated to reflect any changes or developments in project requirements.
- Ensure that customer petty cash balances are always always within the agreed balances.
- Facilitate the styling, cleaning, and handover of completed projects to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate photo shoots with clients, suppliers, and internal staff members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, production management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role, preferably in the interior design or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in English, both Spoken and Written.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
