3 Generalist

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, model, and animate 3D assets for a wide range of multimedia projects including videos, motion graphics, advertising content, social media, and more.
- Handle end-to-end 3D production tasks including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, and basic compositing.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, and project leads to ensure creative direction and deadlines are met.
- Use **Blender** to produce high-quality 3D content that aligns with brand standards and project goals.
- Create visual effects and motion elements using **Adobe After Effects**.
- Work on image editing and asset preparation using **Adobe Photoshop**.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for visual concepts, designs, and storytelling techniques.
- Adapt and modify existing 3D assets based on feedback or revisions.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, software updates, and techniques in 3D production.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in **Blender**, **After Effects**, and **Photoshop**.
- A strong eye for design, visual storytelling, and motion.
- Excellent understanding of 3D fundamentals including modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Ability to take creative feedback and revise work accordingly.
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant 3D projects is **highly preferred**.
