Job descriptions:

- Represent the company in interactions with on-site employees, and other users/clients.
- Act as a point of contact for resolving issues and facilitating communication between headquarters and local offices.
- Assist with compliance matters, including documentation, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Calculate on-site employees monthly attendance and payroll.
- Prepare monthly report for on-site employees.
- Coordinate and support local administrative functions as needed.

Job qualifications:

- Male, max 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience at least 3-5 years as Representative Officer in Man Power Supply Company, preferably Coal Mining industry.
- Posses a strong knowledge in Human Resource, especially Industrial Relation, Compensation & Benefit, Health Insurance, and other administrative tasks.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient with office productivity tools, such as Ms Office (Ms Excel, Ms Word, etc).
- Proactive and adaptive in dynamic environments.
- Ready to be place in South Sumatera (Banyuasin)
