Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Palembang, Lampung, West Java, East Java.

The Relationship Officer will be responsible for fostering and maintaining client relationships, identifying client needs, and offering customized solutions. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients, addressing their queries, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring satisfaction. The role also involves promoting products and services effectively while maintaining compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the HPL industry, building materials, or interior design-related sectors is preferred.
  • Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and willingness to travel regularly for partner visits.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in representing the company externally.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Having an established network in architecture, interior design, or construction is a plus.
