We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated **Junior Jira Service Analyst** to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology, managing workflows, and helping teams stay organized through Jira / GitHub.

You’ll be responsible for monitoring Jira tickets, managing queues, and helping teams track progress on their requests and projects. This is not a hardware or network support role — it’s more about **keeping Jira running smoothly** and ensuring tasks flow efficiently across teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **First-Line Support**:

- **Issue Triage & Troubleshooting**:

- **Jira Ticket Management**:
Manage incoming requests and issues in Jira Service Management. Categorize, prioritize, and track tickets to ensure timely and accurate resolution in line with internal SLAs.
- **Jira Administration Support**:
Assist with creating and updating Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, and automation rules to improve visibility and efficiency.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**:
Coordinate between our Europe-based users who submit Jira tickets and the internal development team responsible for resolving them. Ensure clear communication, accurate task tracking, and timely resolution of all reported issues.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
Identify and suggest opportunities to enhance ticket management processes, improve automation, and optimize reporting.

**Who You Are**
- **Tech-Savvy**: You’re comfortable learning new software and tools — maybe you’ve worked with Jira, Trello, or another ticketing/project system before.
- **Organized & Detail-Oriented**: You enjoy structure, process, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- **Communicative**: You can explain issues clearly and keep others informed.
- **Collaborative**: You like working with teams, not just solving problems alone.
- **Proactive**: You don’t just wait for tickets — you look for ways to improve how things flow.

**Skills & Qualifications**

**Required**:

- 1+ year experience using **Jira Service Management**, **Jira Software**, or related for ticket or project tracking.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT systems or software development processes.
- Comfortable using Confluence or similar documentation tools.

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with **Atlassian administration** or simple automation rules.
- General project coordination practices.
- Ability to read or understand simple technical documentation (no coding required).
