**Responsibilities**:
1. Fully responsible for the company's logistics management, to ensure timely, effective, and safe completion of finished product delivery tasks and other material transportation tasks;
2. Responsible for order and vehicle management, responsible for order management results;
3. Responsible for logistics provider management, responsible for smooth logistics results;
4. Responsible for the construction of the logistics personnel team, and establish and improve the rules and regulations of the department;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

1. Manage suppliers, develop new resources, and conduct risk assessment. Control logistics and storage costs.

2. Formulate various processes, regulations, and systems of the department, and supervise the team to implement them as required to ensure smooth and effective daily operations.

3. Improve and maintain the logistics operation system of the project to achieve the optimization of logistics efficiency, quality and cost;
4. Organize and mobilize the entire team to fully perform the tasks required by the objectives. Manage and motivate the staff in this department, strengthen the teamwork spirit, and do their jobs well.

5. Responsible for the recruitment of department personnel.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above in management or other majors.

2. Training experience: Received training in project management and production operation management.

3. Work experience: experience in warehousing and logistics management, experience in foreign-invested enterprises is preferred.

4. Skills and skills: Familiar with logistics management business processes, rich process management skills; proficient in using computers and office software.

5. Attitude: Good communication skills; certain planning, organization, coordination skills and teamwork spirit; positive working attitude, willing to work in a rapidly developing industry, and willing to withstand high-intensity pressure.
