We're looking for a
Logistics & Distribution Supervisor
to oversee end-to-end product distribution — from production to distributor hubs, and onward to retail outlets/ small groceries. This role ensures smooth logistics operations, cost efficiency, and accurate documentation in SAP while leading a small team. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years' working experience
    in
    Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
    .
  • Prior
    transportation planning or logisitics planning experience
    in
    manufacturing or retail industry
    is a plus.
  • Proficient in
    SAP
    and familiar with logistics systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    for financial modeling, cost simulations, and scenario planning (including
    pivot tables and advanced functions
    ).
  • Prior
    negotiation and vendor management
    experience a must.
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cost-awareness mindset.

Job Role:

  • Partner with distributors managing warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate logistics vendors in
    transportation planning
    on the delivering of goods from production to distributors.
  • Plan distribution routes and delivery schedules to in-house hubs and retail points.
  • Align distribution plans with demand and production output.
  • Book and monitor 3rd-party trucking for daily deliveries.
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual logistics budgets and accurate cost forecasting based on historical trends and future business volume projections.
  • Track and control logistics costs through regular comparison and negotiation.
  • Lead and coach a team of 2 in day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure transactions are accurately recorded in SAP and invoices reconciled.
