**Head of General Affairs**
**Responsibility**:
- Maintain and monitor building utilities and facilities, including factory and office building
- Ensure regular inspections and maintenance of facilities to ensure safety and effectivity of facilities
- Coordinate with maintenance team regarding building needs and maintenance
- Prepare regular reports on building and facility condition
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure work is done well and on schedule.
- Task Scheduling: Organize the cleaning team's work schedule to cover all areas that need cleaning.
- Work Supervision: Monitor team performance, provide direction and guidance, and resolve problems that arise during work.
- Inventory Management: Ensure that supplies of cleaning materials and cleaning equipment are sufficient and well managed.
- Reporting: Compile reports on cleaning activities, facility conditions, and needs for repairs or other improvements.
- Compliance with Cleanliness Standards: Ensure that all cleaning activities are in compliance with applicable cleanliness standards.
- Employee Training and Development: Provide training to team members to improve their skills in cleaning and sanitation.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Coordinate with other departments in the hospital to schedule cleaning work to fit in with other activities.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure cleaning equipment is in good condition and functioning properly.
- Occupational Safety and Health: Ensure that all cleaning activities are carried out with occupational safety and health in mind.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university with min IPK 3.00.
- Experience as a Team Leader / SPV General Affair or SPV Cleaning in a manufacture industry for at least 3 years
- Have minimum 1 or 2 years experience in handling Corporate Building Maintenance and Cleaning Service Area (General Affair Task)
- Have good knowledge about building maintenance and cleaning activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willing to be placed in our Head Office - Jatiwaringin, Pondok Gede
