We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Accountant** to join our dynamic team in Uluwatu, Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the real estate and legal consulting industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily accounting tasks, including inputting and reconciling accounting journals for operational expenses and revenues.
- Maintain accurate financial records, generate reports, and prepare financial statements.
- Oversee daily and monthly expenses and income, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain bookkeeping ledgers.
- Handle accounts receivable by issuing invoices, managing collections, and addressing AR issues.
- Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and compliance with vendor terms.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to meet operational needs and financial obligations.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage inventory needs.
- Effectively communicate financial information with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Maximum age of 27.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with industry best practices.
- Prior experience in accounting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Solid knowledge of financial regulations and bookkeeping procedures.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities (PSDM).
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, honesty, and self-motivation.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to work in Uluwatu, Bali.
