Extracurricular Coordinator

Insan Cendekia Madani Boarding School Development is looking for an **Extracurricular Coordinator**with the following qualifications.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of two years experience in the same field or position.
- Passionate about developing students through the extra-curricular programme.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
- Having experience handling or managing extracurricular activity.
- Proven self-initiative, creative, and teamwork spirit with an open-minded character.
- Possess strong religious characters.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written will be an advantage.
- **Ready to join in July 2025.**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Monitor the progress of students in all extracurricular activities through close liaison with staff, parents and any external agencies used.
- Administration of the extracurricular activities and liaison between all of the extra-curricular activities (Making MOUs for Coach, making students & coach attendance report, making competition proposals etc).
- Accompany and supervise students while having a competition.
- To ensure all documentation and records associated to the extra-curricular activities are completed, recorded and maintained.
- To provide regular reports regarding student participation in the extra-curricular programme.
- Create an advanced vision to develop extracurricular activities so that they can get achievement at national and international levels.
- Able to make plans related to the school extracurricular programs.
- Able to carry out evaluations regarding the Coach’s performance and the targets that have been achieved from each extracurricular.
- Others: The school may assign other functions to the job when required.
