Marketing (Coordinator Amazon)

We are a start-up E-commerce company registered in the US and have been established since 2015. Although we are the US registered, we have several base-camps in several countries, such as Indonesia, Philippine, Taiwan, and China. Our product is mainly about housewares, from the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, Pet-related products, and other daily use. We sell those products mostly through Amazon US and Canada. We also have several products of our own that we sell in Amazon too, from electric toothbrushes to bubble makers for children toys.

Our company's culture is about working with style, meaning we have flexible working time but are still responsible for the task given. We are currently want to expand our influence in Indonesia and need people who could help us with the expansion.

We are currently offering creative talent with stellar performance and academic background an opportunity at SF Group. This is a great opportunity for someone who have passion in Ecommerce Digital world and wants to be SUCCESS either on professional career or an entrepreneur.

This position is available for full timer, and internship and/or Fresh graduate. For internship we welcome you for 6 month of internship and junior position upon finishing the internship position. In case that you don’t have any experience we will give you in training position to make sure you can do the job well and able to have promotion as soon as possible to junior or even senior level.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are welcome We are open for those who want to learn in a fast-paced and energetic company
- Experienced with tech coursework, products/systems, projects, or languages.
- Passion for technology demonstrated through extracurricular activities, hobbies, personal projects, or online coursework.
- Effective communication, and organizational skills, proactive, self-motivated, positive attitude, and excellent customer service capabilities.
- Willingness to navigate ambiguous tasks, find suitable solutions and seek help/advice when working independently or within a team framework
- Able to face challenging task
- perform self learning and research before starting a task
- Familiarity with Excel
Responsibility:

- Create and Uploading listing to Amazon marketplace
- Review Amazon technical issues and recommend fixes on faulty listing
- Contact Support
- Conduct SEO keyword research to guide content teams
- Fullfill Orders and Report Orders Daily
- Capable to work as a team or individually with mínimal supervision
