Develop and oversee the implementation of tactics and strategies tax in boboboxs Business - Proactively research, produce, monitor, and analyze tax rules, regulations, and legislation - Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc tax reporting - Assure reconciliation between tax and statutory accounting - Maintain tax balance of the Company - Check/review accounts, tax computation, cash flow, and monthly tax estimation - Liaise with respective government tax authorities or external tax consultant if any - Prepare of the company annual tax return - Ensure compliance with tax obligations - Contribute to the identification and formulation of strategic objectives specific to tax - Serve as Subject Matter Expert for internal and external stakeholders - Lead the daily activities and workflow of assigned employees - Bachelors degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification - minimum 3 years of working experience in the taxation department for a high-growth organization or a start-up company - Preferably having experience as a tax consultant in a reputable consultant office - Having Brevet A&B Certificate - Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulation - Proficiency in MS Excel and taxation tools - Proficiency in accounting software/ERP will be an advantage - Professional working proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia "Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
