**Your Mission**

To fuel the next phase of JEG’s growth by building strategic relationships within *Jakarta’s financial services community* — including banks, insurance firms, investment houses, and premium corporate brands — while expanding our event portfolio across new business verticals.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Develop and maintain *high-level relationships* with decision-makers in the financial and corporate sectors.
- Proactively *secure new projects*, sponsorships, and partnerships to expand JEG’s client base.
- Craft *tailored event proposals* and presentations that align with client objectives and JEG’s creative vision.
- Manage the full *sales pipeline* — from lead generation to contract closing — using structured CRM and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide *market intelligence and performance reports* to management on business trends and segment growth.

*Requirements*
- Proven track record of *sales or business development success* within Jakarta’s *financial services or corporate event industry*.
- Strong network across *banks, investment firms, and financial institutions*.
- *Fluent communication* skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia — written and verbal.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with *CRM tools*, reporting dashboards, and business analytics systems.
- High energy, self-motivated, and relentlessly goal-driven.
