Join our team today. **About the role**: The Senior Doctor (permanent based position) provides the implementation of Thiess Indonesia employee health & medical program on site while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work. Reporting to the Manager OHS - Operation and based on Jakarta Head Office In this role, you will: - Drive a Healthy Workplace Standard / Procedure in Thiess Indonesia effectively implemented in the workplace. - Analyse trend of health-related data across, mitigate the health risk and determine the intervention plan/ program. - Manage Medical Check-up for Pre-Employment and Annual Medical Check-up to ensure employee fit to work according Legal obligation and Client requirement. - Manage the Medical Check-up Services Provider according contractual service level agreement meet both time frame and quality. - Manage emergency life-treathening case and activation of Medical Evacuation Responds Plan, liase with Medevac Privoder. - Upskill a Site Paramedics competency and capability. - Ensure a Company compliance with relevant of health legal and others requirement. **About you**: - You should have background Medical Doctor with minimum 5 years' experience in medical field preferably in similar role as a Mining Company Doctor; - Valid STR; Having Hiperkes Certificate, valid ATLS & ACLS certificates; Become advantage if have MKK qualification and Industrial hygienist certified. - Strong knowledge & skill in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene and Food Safety; - Excellent in Medical Emergency Management (remote site); Up to date medical knowledge; - Good understanding on Indonesia Medical System and government regulation; Familiar in Information monitoring and database; Having good knowledge in health insurance. - Good communication and interpersonal skills; team player; good in coaching/mentoring; good analytical; conflict resolution; sound decision-making skills; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate. **About us** We partner with our clients to deliver excellence in open cut and underground mining in Australia, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
