**Responsibility**:

- To provide medical inquiries / investigations for insurance claims.
- To provide medical advice / recommendation on claim decision.
- To provide training related to medical terms.
- To provide medical claims analysis for statistical report purpose.

**Requirements**:

- Doctor ( General Practitioner ), with 24 hours on call availability.
- Good command of English ( Oral & Written ).
- Have experience in Insurance, or Assistance Company related industry with minimum 4 years.
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point ( advanced ).
- Have certificate of Advanced Trauma Life Support ( ATLS )
- Have certificate of Advanced Cardiac Life Support ( ACLS )
- Willing to travel, Domestic and International.
- Experience leading and directing teams
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical skill, communication skills and problem solving skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and to handle work pressure.
