We are expanding into Indonesia and require a **BPOM regulatory & customs specialist** to facilitate product registration and importation.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customs Documentation**: Prepare and submit all required import documents for BPOM and **SKI Import** clearance.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all products meet Indonesia’s BPOM regulations for import, sales, and distribution.
- **Liaison with Authorities**: Act as the company’s point of contact for BPOM and customs officials, addressing regulatory inquiries.
- **Regulatory Advisory**: Keep the company updated on **BPOM regulatory changes, tariffs, and compliance requirements**.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi)**:

- **Certified Apoteker (Licensed Pharmacist)**:

- **Active STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker)**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum **2+ years of experience** with BPOM registration and SKI Import for **health supplements**.
- Prior experience in BPOM **cosmetic product registration** is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **BPOM regulations for health supplements and skincare products**.
- Familiar with **customs laws and import clearance procedures** in Indonesia.
- Fluent in **Bahasa Indonesia** and **English** (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills when dealing with BPOM and customs officials.
- **Location**: Must be **based in Indonesia** and authorized to handle BPOM registrations.

Contract length: 12 months
