**Position : Regulatory Supervisor**

**Location : Jakarta Raya**

**Role Summary & Responsibility**: Supporting Regulatory Process in Company comply with regulation. Gather and analyse data, evaluating compliance in various areas, preparing and processing documentation, liaising with external parties, and executing strategies to optimize company’s business and compliance**.**
- Review compliance of specification of material, formulation, food Additives, allergen, nutfact analysis & calculation, heavy metal and micro contamination, design and claims, Prepare Pre BPOM, Conduct BPOM registration for Canned Fish, Cordials, RTD
- Maintain FG spec monitoring.
- Review FPA, TATL, NOP
- In charge in Maglev Project for Beverages, Baby Food and Canned Fish Products
- Tracking the ZBB
- Review compliance of specification of RM and PM, formulation, food Additives, allergen, nutfact analysis & calculation, heavy metal and micro contamination, design and claims, Prepare Pre BPOM, Conduct BPOM registration and Halal certification for product
- Register new Halal for Raw Material in MUI
- Register SNI certificate for Sardine produced in copacker IJP, SLJ, BFPI
- Maintain Halal Assurance System in Daan Mogot, Karawang, Pasuruan, IJP, SLJ, BFPI, Slamet Widodo, IKF
- Support ISO/ HACCP and BPOM surveillance audit
- In charge in Maglev Project for Sweet Soy Sauce, Chili Sauce, Salty Soy Sauce, Shrimp paste, Sesame Oil, Worcestershire, Canned Fish Products, Tomato Sauce, Traditional Chili
- Maintain RA License Database for all SKU

**Requirements**:

- University degree (BS or Master) with chemistry/ food technology/ pharmacy/ related disciplines.
- At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience as Regulatory Affairs in Food Industry
- Having Knowledge in ISO system, GMP, Food Safety
- Good in computer programs
- English proficiency is a must (speaking & writing)
- Good communication skill
- Good ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
- Able to work individually and in a team
