**Get to know the role**

We are looking for a Business Analyst & Strategy to identify and develop project management methodologies, best practices, and standards, assist the operational team in identifying problems/issues that occur in the field, and evaluate what things need to be improved and to provide the required solutions that have an impact on the business.

**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- You will report to Area Controller & Strategy Manager
- This role is based in Bandung
- You will work with large data sets and derive business recommendations through compelling statistical evidence-based research and visualization
- Define key metrics to evaluate the health of our business teams & programs
- Discover & drive program initiatives through data driven recommendations and partner with cross-functional teams to implement/launch them
- Communicate findings from data and analyses to stakeholders, influencing them to make the best decisions possible
- Develop frameworks to analyze business problems, develop hypotheses, mine data, deliver recommendations, and assess impact of proposed solutions
- Perform analysis & research plans to support decision making process

**The Must-Haves**
- You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics), or equivalent experience.
- Advanced written and spoken English
- 2-3 years of work experience in consulting or a technology-related analytical role
- Curiosity and passion for Grab
- Strong analytical skills, with experience solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights
- Strong process-oriented skills and drive to find the most efficient way to do things without sacrificing a high quality of work and/or results
- Proficiency in SQL & Excel
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, operations, product management, and/or sales
