We are currently assisting a reputable interior design and renovation company in their search for an experienced **Senior Quantity Surveyor**. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in **interior fit-out and renovation projects**, who are confident in cost planning, financial control, and direct communication with overseas clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for interior renovation and fit-out projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to accurately determine project scope and costing
- Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations
- Monitor and manage project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Provide regular financial and cost reporting to internal teams and clients
- Support contract administration including progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and design teams throughout the project lifecycle

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in **interior fit-out or renovation projects**:

- Strong understanding of interior construction materials, finishes, and market pricing
- **Fluent in English**, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients based in Singapore
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant Quantity Surveying software/tools
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Diploma degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline

**Preferred**:

- Experience working on projects involving multinational clients or regional stakeholders
- Familiarity with local and regional interior construction standards

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor (Interior): 8 years (required)
