- Demonstrated success in leading large teams, managing cross-functional projects, and handling complex stakeholder environments.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with multinational companies, especially in data center or digital infrastructure.
- Background in hyperscale, colocation, or cloud environments.

**Experience**:

- in infrastructure, data center, telecom, or IT industries: 10 years (required)
