**Job Description**:
**Overview**
As an associate in the Operational Excellence team, you will be working directly under the Operational Excellence Lead to produce Standard Operational Procedures as a tool to ensure the standard quality in all Outlets and Central Kitchens are met. Mainly, you will be highly responsible to translate our standards from multiple sources to Standard Operational Procedures in relation to Outlets and Central Kitchens operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Structure, evaluate and optimize procedures according to Operations needs
- Implement improvement initiatives to ramp-up Operations Quality
- Socialize and implement procedures through socialization sessions

**Qualifications**:

- Min. Bachelor's degree front Food Tech and/or Biology background
- Min. 6+ months of proven working experience as a ground working level Associate or organizational experience in F&B Industry and/or Manufacturing
- Keen, well-structured, and able to work in order
- Comfortable working under massive pressure
- Able to communicate well
- Familiar with Google Applications (e.g. Drive, Docs & Slides) and Microsoft Word
- Good computer typing skills
