**Company Description**

PT IMECON TEKNINDO is an Indonesian company that has been providing human resources services since 1999. We offer recruitment services, contract labor management services, psychological tests and assessments, and wage tax calculation & contract services. We are currently assisting **Syngenta Indonesia**, one of the world’s leading agriculture companies.

**Role Description**
- Conduct promotional activities for products according to area segmentation or problem areas.
- Implement Sales Excellence and Merchandising programs.
- Play an active role in achieving the Company's sales budget (Key Performence Indicator) that has been set.
- Support marketing operational activities in the assigned area.
- Report on sales activities, consumer testimonials, as well as information on competitor's activities (price, stock, promotion and distribution).
- Creating Demand Creation by creating and implementing Campaign Activities in strategic areas.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree (S1) Agriculture, Marketing, or related
- Have experience work min. 2 years in similar industry
- Fresh Graduate form reputable university are welcome
- Willing to be placed in **West & Central Java**:

- Have deep and broad crop and product knowledge
- Good strategic thinking & communication Skills
- Experience in sales role (e.g: Junior Account Executive)
- Have a motorcycle and driving license (SIM C)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp5,300,000 per month
