**THE POSITION**

**What you will do**

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Team Leader Study Advisor. In general, you will lead the SA team to fulfill and achieve target. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.
- Lead and drive SA team to achieve revenue target
- Monitor and Report SA performance on weekly and monthly basis (company and individual)
- Train and coach SA team to improve selling skill
- Collaborate with relevant superiors to achieve company’s OKR
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone to achieve individual and team target

**Requirements and specifications**

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

- Solid experience as team leader or trainer in sales, preferably products related to education or insurance
- Have a 2 year experience leading a team
- Proven track record in sales target achievement
- Proficient in operating google suites, especially spreadsheet, lookerstudio, and G-slides
- A hands-on leader with good attitude
- Self-starter and proactive problem solver
