PT. Komitrando Emporio, a leading bag manufacturing company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **QA Head** to lead our Quality Assurance team. This position is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards and customer specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems, policies, and procedures.
- Lead and manage the QA team to ensure all products meet quality standards throughout production processes.
- Perform regular audits, inspections, and process evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Analyze customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate QA documentation, reports, and records.
- Provide training and guidance to QA staff to improve overall team performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 **years** of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in quality management systems (ISO 9001) and quality improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of QA processes in manufacturing, particularly in têxtile or bag production.
