ZettaByte Pte. Ltd. is looking for a IT Project Manager to lead and drive the development of multiple digital products. You will be responsible for managing the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. You should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in handling global stakeholders, including both on-site and remote teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Agile software development projects, managing sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to define clear requirements, priorities, and roadmaps.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring successful delivery.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams, particularly with offshore developers and French-speaking stakeholders.
- Oversee backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and performance tracking.
- Ensure smooth integration between front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure for digital products.

**Requirements**:

- Professional proficiency in French (spoken and written) is required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven experience in leading IT project management initiatives, particularly in software development
- Solid background working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with modern tech stacks is a plus
- Experience managing teams and global stakeholders
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP certification is a plus
