**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, recruit, and build relationships with relevant KOLs, influencers, and brand ambassadors across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, collaborations, and content deliverables with KOLs.
- Track, analyse, and report campaign performance, ensuring KPIs and ROI are met. - Work closely with the marketing team to align influencer campaigns with overall brand objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging influencer platforms.
- Ensure brand messaging consistency and compliance across all partnerships. - Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, influencer marketing, or partnership management.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, influencer marketing, and digital engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- The data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyse campaign performance.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the fitness, healthy lifestyle, or beauty industry is a plus.
- Established a network of KOLs and influencers. - Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
