**About The Role**:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, and managing staff to achieve customer satisfaction and financial goals.

**Core Work Activities**:
Operational Management:

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.

Customer Service:

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and improve overall customer experience.

Financial Management:

- Monitor and control restaurant budget and expenses.
- Maximize profitability and revenue through effective cost control.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Quality Control:

- Ensure food and service quality meet established standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives.

Marketing and Promotion:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and advertising.
- Monitor market trends and competition.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Restaurant Manager or F&B Manager or a related role, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proficient in English language, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes.
- Strong customer service skills are crucial for ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, reservation systems, and other restaurant management software.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Budgeting and cost management capabilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
