Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth for the beach club. This role will focus on promoting and selling the venue’s offerings, including day-to-day bookings, VIP reservations, corporate events, private functions, and weddings. The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing and events teams to ensure seamless execution and an exceptional guest experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and direct outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate partners to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct site inspections and meetings with potential clients to showcase the venue’s facilities and services.
- Handle inquiries related to corporate events, private functions, and weddings, tailoring proposals to meet client needs.
**Sales Strategy and Target Achievement**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Create customized event packages and pricing models for corporate clients, weddings, and private events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
**Event Coordination and Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the events team to ensure smooth planning and execution of corporate events, functions, and weddings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Assist in the creation of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide on-site support during major events to ensure a seamless experience for clients and guests.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with PHP.
- Strong understanding of SEO optimization techniques.
- Experience with cloud hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Ability to integrate and manage plugins for enhanced website functionality.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) for UI/UX elements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
