Responsible to define strategy and roadmap for the product that we are developing - Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand and streamlining business requirements and success metrics for the product development - Leading initiatives to scale up the current product with proper documentation and proposalLead research, testing, metrics analysis, data insight and experimentation to make a decision development - Define product solutions based on a strong understanding of both end user’s and internal user’s needs - Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product - Assist in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and check in for status updates - Develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones - Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs - Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed-escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans - Act as a point of communication between company teams and external resources - Have 1-2 years of experience in product management - Possess deep product expertise needed to lead the team and make strategic product decisions - Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving skills - Problem solver with clear structure and analytical skills - Manage the team and project timeline to ensure timely delivery - Having experience in handling payment, digital lending or any consumer financial product is a strong plus - An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces - Time-management skills - Strong research skills - Creativity - Collaborative spirit - Excellent time-management and organizational skills - Willing to work at Semarang "Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
