**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and optimize ERP processes, including marketing, pipeline tracking, customer complaints, feedback collection, accounting, and legal document management.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance databases, with a focus on **Airtable**.
- Design and implement automated workflows using tools like **Airtable Automations**.
- Configure and manage **API integrations** and connect various **SaaS tools** for seamless operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions that drive efficiency.
- Generate performance reports and ensure data accuracy for continuous process improvement.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Must-Have Skills**:

- **Database Management**: Proven experience in managing and optimizing databases (Airtable proficiency preferred).
- **Workflow Automation**: Familiarity with automation tools and ability to create seamless operational workflows.
- **API & SaaS Expertise**: Knowledge of API integrations and connecting SaaS tools to streamline business operations.**:

- Analytical Thinking**: Ability to assess complex business needs and design practical, efficient solutions.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- **No-Code Development**: Experience building interfaces with platforms like **Softr** or other no-code tools.
- **Team Collaboration**: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the **construction industry** and project management tools.
