JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields. Relevant work experience may substitute for a degree in specific cases.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, product implementation, product analyst, business analyst or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong understanding and intuition of user's behavior
  • Passion in data-driven decision making
  • Solid oral and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented, responsive and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable to communicate

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct initial product orientations and presentations to introduce new products or features to stakeholders and end-users.
  • Develop and distribute materials (e.g., product guides, FAQs) to support awareness and understanding of new product functionalities.
  • Host informational sessions, webinars, or workshops as part of the rollout process.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to assess the adoption rate and usage patterns of new features.
  • Identify gaps in feature utilization and compile reports on insights, barriers, and user engagement
  • Develop strategies to improve feature utilization, including targeted user campaigns or refresher training.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to recommend adjustments or enhancements based on user behavior and feedback.
  • Regularly review usage data and prepare reports with actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct a training to stakeholder, agent or vendor

Working arrangement:

  • Contract based 6 months under outsource (possible to extend)

  • WFO at Kedoya Jakbar
