About Us

We are a local Indonesian VSAT service provider managing two gateways delivering reliable satellite communication solutions to our clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Equipment Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot VSAT equipment to ensure high system availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, commission and decommission VSAT terminals, antennas, modems and related RF equipment.

  • Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics and fault isolation on gateway and field equipment.

  • Conduct site surveys, alignment, link tests and performance verification.

  • Coordinate with network, NOC and field teams to resolve incidents and implement corrective actions.

  • Maintain accurate equipment records, test reports and operational documentation.

  • Provide technical support to customers and local partners/resellers when required.

  • Participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel to field sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with VSAT or satellite communication equipment and RF systems.

  • Practical knowledge of antenna alignment, link budgeting, spectrum analysis and network interfaces (IP routing/switching).

  • Experience working with satellite gateways is a plus.

  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Willingness to travel to field sites and work flexible hours as needed.
