We are seeking a talented Trainer Host Live to join our dynamic team at PT Good Sale Tech. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be a part of an innovative and growing company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Train hosts/co-hosts in live techniques, intonation, selling skills, and product knowledge.
  2. Provide coaching and constructive feedback to improve host performance.
  3. Conduct quality control before and during livestream sessions (SOP, compliance, delivery).
  4. Develop scripts and guidance for livestream flow and key selling points.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to support livestream needs.
  6. Support the recruitment process for hosts (camera test, intonation assessment).
  7. Create reports and documentation on host development progress.

What we're looking for

  1. 3-5 years of experience in the livestream industry (as a Host, Host Trainer, or related position).
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience specifically as a Host Trainer.
  3. Excellent public speaking skills.
  4. Able to conduct effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations for hosts.
  5. Familiar with SOPs, livestream scripts, and understands livestream flow and selling techniques.
  6. Able to work in a fast-paced, adaptive, and results-oriented environment.
