Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Host Live. The primary responsibilities include hosting live sessions to promote products, engaging with customers through livestreams to boost sales, demonstrating product features, and responding to queries in real-time. The role also entails ongoing collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to align live content with promotional strategies, as well as representing the company professionally during live interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build connections with an online audience
  • Exceptional customer service skills to handle inquiries and provide satisfactory solutions
  • Basic skills in sales and marketing to promote products effectively during live sessions
  • Capacity to train, rehearse, and prepare for presentations and live showcases
  • Experience in the food & beverage or retail sectors is a plus
  • Ability to adapt dynamically to live feedback and manage time during live streams
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are advantageous
  • Prior experience in hosting or presenting is highly desirable
